I’ve admired Vlad’s creativity and bold building of this amazing creative universe from afar for some time now & now that the events are nearing their 2 year anniversary, it’s the perfect time to finally make room in your calendar for any and all things Afroverse. Button is hosting their tenth annual open-submission video contest! Just $15 to submit, the winner will receive a $500 honorarium as well as their video (along with multiple runners-up) featured across Button’s social media. According to their website, they’re “looking for brave work that crosses borders or effaces them completely, work that enters into larger social conversations, work that lives in the world, work with a strong, unique voice and palpable energy.”
